Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a customer service professional to help our current and future customers – companies like Supercell, Aktia, Terveystalo, Atria and Futurice – take the most out of our online contract management solution. We’re happy to say our users really like using our product – are you the one to nurture and grow that relationship?

In this position, you’ll take ownership of the onboarding process for Zefort’s customers in Finland and internationally. This means hands-on training sessions with administrators and regular users, reacting to support requests and developing our online support resources. We already have solid processes for all these – you can make them even better.

You’ll also advocate and amplify our users’ voice throughout Zefort’s organization. Since user experience and customer success are at the core of our work, your insights and feedback will be critical fuel for our development and business teams.

You can be either an experienced professional or a recently graduated future talent.

What we’re looking for:

Customer-driven can-do attitude and true passion for your work.
Interest to learn more about customer support work for B2B software-as-a-service solutions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish; other Nordic and European languages are a plus.
Skills in tutorial video production and editing are a definite plus.
Mindset for understanding the ins and outs of a software product and willingness to continuously learn more.
