Zefort is an AI contract management platform for creating, signing, organizing, finding, and managing agreements. The plan comparison below reflects the package features shown on Zefort's pricing page on October 20, 2026. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and any purchased add-ons.

## Contract repository and ongoing management

- **Contract repository:** Keep agreements, amendments, and supporting documents together for ongoing management after signing.
- **Search:** Search contract content and use metadata and filters to find relevant agreements.
- **Smart OCR:** Make document text available for search and other supported processing.
- **Activities and reminders:** Track follow-up work and contract dates, including renewals and notice periods.
- **Data export:** Export contracts and contract information.
- **User groups and access control:** Organize access to contracts and related data.
- **SSO and 2FA:** Support user authentication with single sign-on and two-factor authentication.

The pricing page lists these capabilities under the Team plan, so they also form part of Enterprise and Enterprise+.

## Contract creation and electronic signatures

**Forms** is included in Team and therefore in all three published plans. **Templates** is included from Enterprise upward; it supports document creation using reusable content, contract information, custom fields, and information gathered through Forms.

## AI and contract intelligence

- **Zefort Agent:** An AI assistant for contract-related tasks. Zefort describes using it to review and redline agreements, prepare findings and recommendations, and propose next steps for approval. It is included in Enterprise and Enterprise+.
- **AI Custom Metadata:** Work with organization-defined contract metadata using AI. Included in Enterprise and Enterprise+.
- **Automatic key date discovery:** Find dates in agreements that may need tracking or action. Included in Enterprise and Enterprise+.
- **Playbooks:** Review agreements against configurable policies and requirements, and identify agreements needing attention. Included in Enterprise+.

AI findings and suggested contract changes should be reviewed by authorized users before being relied on for consequential work.

## Optional features

Zefort also presents Playbooks, Templates, and Zefort Agent in its add-ons section. These are already included in the plans specified above. For plans where a feature is not listed, confirm whether it is available as an add-on and obtain the applicable quote from Zefort.

## Technical and deployment options

The Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans include API access. Enterprise+ additionally lists Single Tenant and Cloud Data Mirror. Integration functionality and deployment arrangements should be evaluated against the intended use case and customer agreement.
