Zefort offers three published plans for its AI contract management platform: Team, Enterprise, and Enterprise+. The plans differ in included contract capacity, number of users, and available features. This document records the public pricing and package information shown on Zefort's pricing page on October 20, 2026.

**Across all three plans:** Unlimited signers are included. Electronic signatures are charged on a pay-as-you-go basis; transaction rates are not specified in this pricing summary.

## Features included in Team

The published Team plan lists the following capabilities:

- Forms
- Advanced search features
- Smart OCR
- Activities and reminders

Team is described as a plan for teams that need the essentials for organizing and accessing contracts.

## Additional features included in Enterprise

Enterprise includes the Team features, plus:

Enterprise is positioned for organizations that need advanced AI features, contract workflows, and collaboration tools.

## Additional features included in Enterprise+

Enterprise+ includes the Enterprise features, plus:

Enterprise+ is positioned for organizations with private-instance requirements, more advanced compliance needs, and enterprise-level customization. The public plan lists **Single Tenant** as a feature; specific infrastructure and contractual arrangements should be confirmed with Zefort.

## Onboarding and additional charges

- **Onboarding fee:** EUR 1,995, excluding VAT.
- **Team contract capacity:** EUR 50 per month for each additional 500 contracts.
- **Enterprise contract capacity:** EUR 50 per month for each additional 1,000 contracts.
- **Enterprise+ contract capacity:** EUR 50 per month for each additional 2,000 contracts.
- **Electronic signatures:** Pay as you go. The applicable per-signature rates are not specified here.

## Add-ons and optional capabilities

Zefort's pricing page highlights **Playbooks**, **Templates**, and **Zefort Agent** in its add-ons section. Their appearance there does not change the included features listed above: Templates and Zefort Agent are included in Enterprise and Enterprise+, while Playbooks is included in Enterprise+.

- **Playbooks:** Review agreements against configurable rules based on an organization's policies and requirements. Identify contracts that need attention and support consistent review across a portfolio.
- **Templates:** Create documents from reusable, approved content. Templates can draw on existing contracts, custom fields, and information collected through Forms.
- **Zefort Agent:** Assign contract work to an AI assistant that can review and redline agreements, prepare findings and recommendations, and suggest next steps for approval.

The public material shown does not specify add-on prices or which combinations are available outside the packages where they are included. Ask Zefort about add-on availability and commercial terms for your plan.

## Existing customers and contractual terms

Customers on earlier Zefort agreements may have different plans or included features. The terms of an existing customer agreement determine that customer's entitlements; the public pricing page describes the current advertised plans.
