Introducing improved bulk editing: now you can update multiple metadata fields at once.
Just select all the contracts you wist to modify, click the “Metadata” button on the toolbar and choose the metadata fields that you want to update or add. Fill in the new metadata and click Save
Simple as that!

Users can download an entire binder, including the sub-binders, in a ZIP format. The binder hierarchy is maintained within the zip file as folders.
As usual, users can only download binders for which they have permission. Sub-binders to which users do not have access will not be included in the zip file.

Do you have contracts with lots of extra files like separate appendices or attachments? If the files keep piling up and start making a mess, now you can de-clutter your workspace by organizing the files in folders.
Create as many folders as you want for any contract and then simply move the files to the folder you want.
To reach the zen of file organization, check out these instructions.

We have now added a new block option in Zefort Forms: a container! Container is a frame, inside of which you can add other blocks, allowing you to edit blocks entities with more ease.
You don’t need to edit the blocks one by one, but instead you can:
- Copy the whole container (and the blocks within)
- Relocate the container on the form by dragging
- Apply the display rule for the whole container
Check the instruction here!

Zefort Sign now has a new feature which many have been waiting for: signature stamps! In addition to the footer and signature information page, you can now also add more “traditional” signatures in your document if you like. You can place handwritten signature, initials or stamp anywhere contract.
Go and check the instruction here!

The Zefort emails can now be customized with your own logo! Check the instruction and try it yourself.
Please note that you’ll need admin license with permission “can manage accounts and tags” to add the logo.

We have new feature in Forms! Now, when filling out a form, you can save it as draft and return to it later. Additionally, you can share the filled-out form with others.

Saving form draft
- Fill in at least one form field
- Click Save as draft
- Click “Share” and select in which way you want to share the form draft
- Copy the URL to your clipboard: you can share the link with others or save it for yourself
- Send it by message: add the receiver’s email, type your message and click send
- Send to another user in your Zefort account (available only for signed in Zefort users): select the user from the dropdown menu, type your message and click send
Changes in draft can be saved, but please note that the shared form can be submitted only once; after submitting, the link to the draft is deleted.

Pro tip!
Save the draft as logged in user and you will find it in your Zefort account: simply open the Zefort menu and click “View draft submissions”. Also, drafts that are shared to another Zefort user are displayed in the account’s draft submissions.

Oh yes, we added the binder tree view in Zefort Sign too!
When adding a target binder for the contract, you can still select it from the dropdown list, but now you can also open the binder tree view. This helps users to find the correct binder.
And, as usual, every user will only see those binders to which they have the permission + binders that are defined as signature targets.
