In Zefort Sign, we have added a new button Recent parties to make your esign process even more effortless!
With help of this button you can quickly add your recently used contacts as contract’s signature party.

The button will show up if you have sent something lately to an external address.

We have simplified Zefort’s search layout: instead of having different buttons for filters, advanced search and quick filters, all these features are now available in a single search panel!

The free text searchbar is right where it used to be, but all other search features are located together with the filters.

  • Basic filters – filter your search results with e.g. document dates, and signature status
  • Metadata filters – filter with custom metadata using dropdowns and selections
  • Additional filters – define the required number of attachments, emails, activities etc.
  • Advanced search – free text search, target your search to specific part of the document, metadata or insights (e.g. title, attachment, emails…)
  • Saved and quick filters – use your own saved filters or utilize Zefort quick filters

Zefort now supports setting up single sign-on (SSO) with OpenID Connect (OIDC). This means that you can set up domain-wide single sign-on, where users for a particular domain name (e.g. yourcompany.com) are delegated to your OpenID provider for authentication, instead of using Zefort’s built-in authentication.

In addition to OIDC, Zefort supports SAML for SSO. For a new Zefort deployment, we recommend using OIDC unless you are sure you need to use SAML. OIDC is a modern protocol that has gained widespread use also in enterprise scenarios. Note that Zefort will continue to support SAML for the foreseeable future, so there is no urgent need to migrate existing deployments to OIDC.

Zefort administrators with the “can manage account settings” permission can set up SSO with OIDC by following the Setting up single sign-on (SSO) with OpenID Connect (OIDC) knowledge base article.

Manage user licenses via SCIM

With the SCIM integration, Zefort administrators can automatically create and update Zefort user groups based on user groups managed in identity providers such as Azure AD or Okta. Now, you can also link groups to specific Zefort user licenses, such as Editor, to automatically give all users in those groups the respective license level.

To learn more, check out the Managing user licenses via SCIM knowledge base article.

Easily identify AI-filled fields 🤖

Fields completed by the AI are now easy to identify with the green lightbulb icon.

Improved handling for titles 🧠

We’ve deployed an all-new AI model to get better suggestions for the document title. Hopefully, you’ll notice that they are better.

Should the AI pick an inaccurate title, you can now easily highlight the correct title directly within the document.

By providing your input, you’ll be helping the AI learn and enhance its performance for future tasks!

Zefort Sign now available in Swedish 🇸🇪

In addition to strong authentication with Swedish BankID, Zefort Sign is now available in the Swedish language!

Zefort in Finnish 🇫🇮

Zefort Sign fully supports Norway 🇳🇴

Strong authentication using BankID in Norway is now available for all Zefort Sign customers.

Zefort Sign is also now available in Norwegian Bokmål.

Zefort Sign in Finnish 🇫🇮

Zefort Sign is now available in Finnish. When creating a new signing request, you may select the language separately for each signer from the “details” view. The default language is same as the language on your user account (most likely English).

All the emails and web pages the signer sees will then be in the selected language.

We’ll be adding more languages shortly: Swedish and Norwegian — stay tuned!

Support for MitID (Denmark) 🇩🇰

Zefort Sign now supports using MitID, Denmark’s national eID solution, to strongly authenticate signers.

Stay tuned for more methods in the near future (e.g. BankID Norway).
