As we expand into exciting new international markets, we're looking for two driven and adaptable Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team and help us break ground in untapped regions.

What you'll do & what it takes to succeed:

We seek a high-energy, results-oriented Outbound SDR to spearhead our lead generation efforts in new international territories. You'll be the tip of the spear, identifying and engaging prospective clients, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for sales, a talent for research, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

Prospect & Research: Identify and target potential clients in new international markets through research, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.

Outreach Campaigns: Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social media) to generate interest and secure meetings with key decision-makers.

Qualify Leads: Engage prospects to understand their contract management challenges, qualify their needs, and align them with our CLM solution's value proposition.

Market Insights: Gather intelligence on regional market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to refine outreach strategies and support expansion efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless handoff.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our CRM's activities, leads, and pipeline progress (HubSpot).

Adaptability: Tailor messages and approaches to resonate with diverse cultural and business practices in international markets.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 1-2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech (CLM experience is a plus but not required).

Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), persuasive storytelling, and active listening skills. Fluency in English plus either Swedish or Dutch is a strong advantage.

Research Savvy: Ability to dig deep into industries, companies, and personas to craft targeted, impactful outreach.

Drive: Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Global Mindset: Cultural curiosity and adaptability to navigate diverse business landscapes.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using sales tools and interested in AI.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to a growing, ambitious team.
