Yes, when automatic extraction is enabled for the field. The saved prompt runs as new contracts are processed. You can also keep a prompt available for manual use or run extraction across selected existing contracts.

An administrator with the appropriate account settings and custom metadata permissions. Your account must have the relevant features enabled.

Required fields and validation rules can prevent a contract from being marked as reviewed until the metadata meets your criteria. These controls govern completeness and format; they do not establish that an AI answer is factually correct.

AI Custom Metadata is included in Zefort’s Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans. If you’re using Zefort under an earlier agreement, your included features may differ. Contact our team to confirm your current setup or discuss an upgrade.
