A chatbot answers questions. Zefort Agent can also help carry out contract-related work. It can review agreements, evaluate findings, prepare recommendations, and suggest next steps while keeping your team in control of decisions and approvals.

Yes. Zefort Agent only works with the contracts and binders you are allowed to access in Zefort. It does not create a new route around permissions. If you cannot access a contract in Zefort, Agent cannot use it for your work.

Yes, with your approval. Zefort Agent can suggest updates to metadata, parties, contract details, binders, tasks and reminders. You review the suggestions before anything is applied.

Yes. Zefort Agent supports multiple AI models and providers. Depending on your organization’s security and compliance requirements, you can use models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or Microsoft Azure OpenAI.

Your organization can configure available models through Account Settings, allowing administrators to align AI usage with internal policies and approved vendors. Your Zefort administrator and IT team can manage model selection together and assign different models to different use cases when needed. This gives you the flexibility to use your preferred AI providers while maintaining control over governance and security.

Zefort Agent is included in the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans and is also available as an add-on to Team. It is not sold as a standalone product.
