To get started, all you need to do is select the plan you prefer, create your account and upload your first contract – it literally takes just a few minutes. Our onboarding page helps you and your team learn the ins and outs of smart contract management as you go.

You can also contact our sales team to set up an online meeting where we discuss your needs and help you select the best plan plus any optional features. We can also show you a live demo focusing on the features that are most relevant for you.

You can start a free trial with any of our plans and use all the features included in the plan, with the exception of eSignatures which are not available during a free trial. This way, you can try out Zefort features for yourself and later continue with a paid plan if you want to. All content and account information during the trial is covered by the same bank-level security as our paid plans. No credit card is required to create a free trial account.

Yes, both Basic and Advanced level electronic signatures are included in all packages. The Zefort Sign license includes 50 signatures per month. For Business, Team, and Enterprise packages, signatures are billed based on usage. If your company uses a lot of electronic signatures, we recommend requesting a separate quote.

If our contract management solution is not a good fit for you, you can always get a full data export from our system to your next solution. We’ll be sad to see you go but we won’t hold you back.

If you do not start using Zefort via self-service, we will arrange a separate onboarding service to facilitate the start of use. The price of the onboarding service is a one-time fee of €1995. The onboarding includes account creation, training for key personnel, extended support for 3 months, and a designated account manager who will assist with all your questions.
