What you'll be doing
This is a highly operational GTM role where your main mission is to improve how Zefort’s commercial organization works across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.
You’ll own and improve systems, workflows, automation, and execution quality. You’ll help us use AI and modern tooling in practical ways that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and make our GTM teams more effective.
What your work will look like
- Own and improve Zefort’s commercial systems and GTM tooling
- Ensure our systems support scalable execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
- Evaluate and implement new GTM tools, AI tools, and automation opportunities
- Build AI and agent-powered workflows across the commercial funnel
- Automate repetitive operational work and reduce manual friction
- Improve marketing nurture and lead progression workflows
- Improve outbound conversion, account selection, and prospecting workflows.
- Improve pipeline hygiene, visibility, and forecasting
- Operationalize and maintain the commercial playbook
- Improve qualification, handover, and upsell workflows
- Use customer signals and usage data to help identify expansion opportunities
- Drive cross-functional GTM projects from idea to implementation
- Bring structure, clarity, and repeatability to how our GTM organization operates.
Who you'll work with
You’ll work across Zefort’s commercial team and closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, reporting to the CRO.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and practical execution. You’ll need to be comfortable working with different teams, connecting the dots, and turning scattered needs into useful systems.
What success looks like
We’ll measure your impact by:
- GTM execution quality: commercial teams have clearer workflows, better visibility, and fewer manual bottlenecks.
- Pipeline hygiene and visibility: data quality, forecasting, and follow-up discipline improve.
- Lead and opportunity progression: nurture, qualification, and handover processes become more consistent and effective.
- Outbound and prospecting efficiency: account selection, targeting, and workflows become sharper.
- Automation and AI adoption: repetitive work is reduced, and useful AI workflows become part of daily operations.
- Commercial scalability: Zefort can grow without adding unnecessary complexity or headcount too early.
Long-term, your work will help us build a commercial operating model that supports significant ARR growth in key markets.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a strong operational and systems mindset. You enjoy building workflows, improving processes, and making commercial teams work better together.
Must-haves
- Experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Operations, Commercial Systems, or a hybrid commercial and technical role
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS commercial processes across sales and marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM, GTM tools, automation, or commercial systems
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern GTM tooling
- Ability to turn business needs into scalable workflows and practical systems
- Strong ownership mentality – you don’t just identify problems, you build solutions
- Commercial understanding and execution focus
- Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams

- HubSpot experience
- AI workflow or agent experience
- SaaS or B2B background
- GTM automation experience
- Experience working across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Understanding of outbound and modern prospecting workflows

What we are not looking for
This is not the right role if you are looking for a traditional CRM admin position.
We are also not looking for:
- A pure reporting specialist
- A passive enablement coordinator
- A strategy-only operator
- Someone who wants to design processes but not build or maintain them
- Someone who prefers slow, corporate operating models
This role is operational and hands-on. You will build workflows, improve systems, and continuously optimize how our GTM organization operates.
