You’ll join a small, ambitious team with room to take initiative, direct access to experienced sales leaders, and the opportunity to learn B2B SaaS sales hands-on.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll focus on building pipeline and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team, with a strong emphasis on outbound work.

Your work will include:

  • Running outbound prospecting and booking meetings with potential customers.
  • Researching companies and decision-makers to support relevant outreach.
  • Executing outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying early-stage opportunities and collaborating closely with Account Executives.
  • Over time, also working inbound leads generated by marketing.

What success looks like:

A consistent flow of qualified meetings for the sales team.

Well-prepared handovers to Account Executives.

Outreach that develops through learning and feedback.

Clear understanding of your pipeline and daily priorities.

What we're looking for:

Core requirements:

  • Some prior sales or SDR experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong motivation and a get-things-done mindset.
  • Comfort with rejection and learning through feedback.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work from Helsinki when needed.

Nice to have

  • Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Dutch.
  • Interest in SaaS, legal tech, or AI.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Cognism, or LinkedIn.
