You’ll work closely with product and engineering in a pragmatic, low-bureaucracy environment, focused on reliable delivery, strong security, and creating real value for customers.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of customer onboarding and implementation work, ensuring projects stay on track and customers move from kickoff to go-live with confidence and clarity.

Your work will include:

  • Planning and running customer migration and technical implementation projects end-to-end.
  • Turning customer and internal input into clear delivery plans, milestones, and priorities.
  • Acting as a steady point of contact for customers throughout the delivery phase.
  • Working closely with customer success, product, engineering, and sales to keep delivery aligned.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and scope changes early and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Supporting customers through go-live and early adoption, helping them realize value quickly.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding practices, tooling, and internal playbooks.

What we’re looking for

Core requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in B2B SaaS or software delivery.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with technical implementations (APIs, integrations, data imports).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and data.
  • Solid understanding of agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Comfortable using CRM, ticketing, and project management tools.
  • Clear, structured communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in legal tech, contract management, or compliance software.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or consulting.
  • Interest in AI and willingness to learn AI-driven delivery and customer workflows.
  • Experience in advising customers on AI usage, prompt design, or value-driven AI use cases.
