Aivan Innovations Oy has officially changed its name to Zefort Ltd. as of February 10, 2025. This change aims to streamline the company’s identity as a SaaS provider specializing in contract management.
– Zefort is a well-established brand that has helped organizations manage contracts effortlessly since 2017. While our product has been known as Zefort for a long time, our company’s previous legal name reflected our early history, says Jussi Karttila, CEO of Zefort.
Zero-Effort Contract Management – a name that reflects the mission
Zefort’s story began in 2017 when founders Jussi Karttila, Juhani Heikkilä, and Ville Laurikari set out to combine artificial intelligence with contract management. The result was Aivan Innovations Ltd., commonly known as Aivan. The company’s innovative and user-friendly solution quickly gained traction in the market. In 2020, the product was rebranded as Zefort, a name that encapsulates the company’s core mission: Zero-Effort Contract Management.
– Making contract management effortless has always been at the heart of what we do, and our mission strongly reflects that. As we continue expanding into international markets, aligning our product and company name strengthens our brand and makes us more recognizable, explains Karttila.
Growing and scaling internationally
Last year, Zefort gained significant momentum when experienced investors Asko Schrey and Timo Larjomaa joined as company shareholders. Today, Zefort is expanding rapidly across the Nordic and mainland European markets, providing comprehensive contract management tools that cover the entire contract lifecycle – from creation and e-signatures to secure archiving and management.
Zefort is best known for its AI-powered solution, which makes contract management efficient and effortless. Now, the company’s official name finally reflects what Zefort has always been: Zefort.
