We seek a proactive and strategic Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their success with our CLM platform, and driving revenue growth. What you'll do & what it takes to succeed:

As an Account Manager at Zefort, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients – driving adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Here's what you’ll be responsible for and the skills and qualities that will help you thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities and what we're looking for:

Client Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the CLM space. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Additionally, you'll work to understand each client’s business objectives and provide tailored solutions using our CLM platform.

Client Success and Adoption: You will conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll also provide training and support to help clients get the most value out of our platform.

Sales and Revenue Growth: You will achieve and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our CLM solutions. You’ll develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sustained revenue growth and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams – such as product, marketing, and support – to ensure client needs are fully met. You’ll also collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications: You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. You also bring proven experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment.

Skills: You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. You're proficient in using CRM software and are either familiar with or genuinely interested in CLM platforms and processes.

Personal Attributes: You are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a startup environment. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships and are adaptable enough to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Preferred Qualifications: You have experience in the legal tech or contract management industry and are familiar with sales methodologies and strategies specific to SaaS products. Fluency in both Finnish and English is also preferred.
