Now, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale our inbound lead generation engine and run paid acquisition campaigns across the Nordics and Benelux – turning our sharp positioning and valuable content into measurable business impact.

Your mission
You will own Zefort’s lead generation and performance marketing strategy; driving measurable growth across paid channels, especially Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads. Your work will focus on turning strategy into execution: launching campaigns, improving conversion flows, and scaling what works.
You’ll be part of a dynamic in-house marketing team and work in close collaboration with our sales team to drive results together. You’ll also have the support of a trusted agency partner to help execute and scale campaigns efficiently.
What you’ll do:
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms, including keyword strategy, targeting, bidding and testing
Optimize our lead generation funnel: landing pages, CTAs, nurturing programs, ads, forms
Continuously improve conversion performance using CRO best practices, such as A/B testing and analytics insights
Build and maintain campaign calendars and experiment pipelines
Analyze results, track CPL and conversion metrics – and drive continuous learning
Own the media budget and ensure its effective allocation in collaboration with our agency partner – while also independently planning, launching, optimizing and measuring social media advertising campaigns
Work closely with our small but skilled team, who will support you in content and ad production – your responsibility is to ensure all assets speak directly to customer pain points
Support sales by improving lead quality, flow and handover
Occasionally support demand gen and other marketing activities (e.g. webinars, organic social media, website updates etc.)
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
Experience: Have 3–5+ years experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing
Skills: Have planned and executed lead generation campaigns in English, and possibly in Nordic or Benelux markets
Tech skills: Know how to work with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Canva, Monday, HubSpot and AI tools.
Data-driven: Love tracking, testing and iterating
Content: Have strong skills in writing short-form marketing copy (e.g. ad texts, landing pages, nurturing emails) and a basic visual eye (e.g. can work in Canva or brief external creatives)
Communications: Communicate clearly and proactively with sales and external partners
Scale-up company: Are comfortable working in a scale-up environment where things aren’t always perfect – yet!
