We seek a dynamic and results-driven New Business Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. What you'll do & what it takes to succeed:

As a New Business Account Executive at Zefort, you'll be at the forefront of our growth efforts – here’s what you’ll be responsible for to make an impact and thrive in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a seamless handoff to the customer success team.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about offerings and market trends.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What we're looking for:

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.

Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM software.

Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and a passion for building relationships.

Experience in SaaS or similar technology sales roles.
