Forms are included in all Zefort plans without any extra costs. You can create and publish forms without costs but all eSignatures are invoiced pay-as-you-go according to Zefort Sign pricing.

Forms are automatically available for all Zefort customers who have Zefort Sign enabled for their account. If you can’t access Forms after logging in, please contact our customer support.

Yes. All information submitted online through Zefort’s electronic forms is handled securely and stored in Zefort’s GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified system. Read more about security at Zefort.

After creating your form with our drag & drop editor, you can publish your by simply hitting one button. You’ll get a web link that you can share any way you want. The form is hosted by Zefort – there’s no need for you to have a separate website for the form.

Once published, you’ll get a link to your online form. You can share this link any way you want: on your website, in an email or in social media.

If you do not want to create a form accessible by anyone with the link, you can also limit access to your form to Zefort users within your organization.

Yes. All data submitted through Zefort’s electronic forms is stored in Zefort and is also available to third party systems via our APIs. So, you can create a subscription form and populate the required data to your own system, for example. Please contact our customer support for more information.

When your form is signed and submitted, you’ll get notified by email and the document is automatically stored in your Zefort account. The process creates a PDF with a digital signature, along with all relevant metadata that helps you find, track and follow-up on the document later.
