What you would be doing:
Coordinate and manage customer onboarding
Plan, coordinate, and implement projects that help customers start using Zefort or seamlessly integrate it with their existing IT systems
Plan and coordinate contract data migration projects where customers migrate legacy contract data to Zefort
Coordinate customer support tickets from external customers
What we expect from you:
Experience in working with external customers and excellent communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
Ability to coordinate projects independently
Analytical skills
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers and other stakeholders
Motivation to learn modern API technologies and integrate these skills into their role to drive more efficient solutions.
