Why we’re hiring a Product Designer and what you would be doing:

Our product is successful, but over time, it has become more complex in places, and we need your expertise to simplify workflows, bring visual consistency, and improve usability. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Simplify workflows: Design clear, intuitive workflows to help users navigate the product effortlessly
Consistent UI design: Ensure cohesive visuals and interfaces across features and screens
User-centered research: Understand user pain points and needs to guide meaningful design improvements.
Iterate and test: Testing and refine designs with users to ensure solutions effectively solve users’ problems
Quick prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes for fast feedback cycles before implementation
Developer collaboration: Work closely with the dev team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Refine features: Redesign or enhance features to improve usability and align with business objectives

What we expect from you:

Proven experience in product design, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
Strong skills UX and UI design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your work
Experience in user research and usability testing
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers and other stakeholders
Mindset for working as a remote team member in a no-nonsense, zero-bureaucracy growth company.
