Resend profile activation email to new user


If a new user can’t find their activation email or the original link has expired, you can easily send them a fresh one. This ensures they can set up their password and start using Zefort without delay.

How to resend the activation link

Follow these steps to get your teammate up and running:

  1. Open User management: Go to the Users & groups menu in your Zefort account.
  2. Find the user and open the profile: Look for the user whose status shows as Activation pending and click on the user’s name to open their details.
  3. Trigger the resend: Check the box labeled “Resend activation email” and select how long the new link should remain active in the dropdown “Reissue activation period“.
  4. Save your changes: Click SAVE

The user will receive a new email with a fresh link to complete their profile activation.
