In this section you will find all the new features that are added to Zefort.
Stop the busywork with Search Automations, your new AI agent in Zefort. You can now set up simple “if this, then that” rules to automatically handle repetitive tasks like assigning owners, adding contracts to binders, or sending team notifications.
Zefort Sign has been updated with screen reader support for enhanced accessibility. Users can now have contracts read aloud and complete the entire signing process using voice-over tools and keyboard navigation. This update aligns with the requirements of the EU Accessibility Act.
We’re simplifying how you find contracts for review. The separate Inbox is being replaced by a new ‘To review’ tab on your main Contracts desktop, putting everything in one place. This change also clears the way for exciting new features coming soon!

You can now customize metadata for parties too! With this new feature, admins can create, manage, and organize metadata attributes for parties — making it easier to structure and display the information that matters most.
Forget sharing links to your form! Now, you can easily embed the form directly on your website — it’s quick and simple!
Not every document requires a signature – sometimes, an approval is all you need. With Zefort Sign, you can now easily approve documents without signing!
You can now launch a form directly from a contract, and the completed document will be automatically added to the contract’s attachments.
With DocuSign Personal you can send a contract from Zefort to be signed with Docusign. Once the signature process is complete in Docusign, the signed contract is automatically added to Zefort.
In user management, the admin can now define whether a user has permission to perform bulk actions in Zefort.
By granting full permissions to a contract, selected editor and admin users can now also view and edit the signature processes of the contract. Users with only view or edit permissions cannot access the signature process, ensuring controlled sharing.
Admins can now make translations to your metadata attributes! First, select which UI languages are enabled for translations and then proceed translate your attributes.
When uploading an entire folder with contracts to Zefort, you can also create the corresponding binder in Zefort.
If Single sign-on is configured in your account, you can now select SSO as authentication method for other members of your organization, even if they are not Zefort users.
With the new improved bulk edit function, you can update multiple metadata fields at once.
Users can download an entire binder in a ZIP format. The binder hierarchy is maintained within the zip file as folders.
