Filtering contracts with party role
Want to find contracts that have parties with specific roles? With filters you can find contracts that have a party with a specified role or contracts that are missing the party role, or mix both filters! This feature is useful for example for checking the quality of party metadata.
Searching contracts with one or multiple party roles
Simply navigate to filter “Party role” and select the wanted role. This search filters all contracts that have at least one party with the selected party role.
You can also filter results with multiple party roles
- Open the filters and navigate to Party role
- Select the party role and then add another party role
As a result you get all contracts that include all the specified party roles.
Searching contracts with a missing party role
It is possible to search for contracts that don’t have a specific party role.
- Open the filters and navigate to Party role
- Select the party role and then click on the box
Box turns into pink, and you will see all contracts that don’t have any party with the selected role.
Pro tip! 
You can also mix these two features and also use it together with other filters for even more precise targeting.
Search for example contracts that have a party with role “My organization” but are missing “Counterparty”: add both roles in the filter and then click on the “counterparty”.
