Solita enhances contract management with integrations between Zefort and Microsoft

Solita is a Nordic technology and design company that offers its customers strategic consulting, software development, AI solutions, and cloud and integration services. After years of rapid growth, the company realized it needed to unify its diverse contract management practices with a CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system. Before finding the right CLM tool, Solita managed contracts differently across locations and departments. Jira was used in Finland, while practices varied in other countries. Contract storage was scattered, and visibility between operations was limited.

“As the organization grew, it quickly became clear that we needed a more functional and professional contract management tool,” explains Carita Granström-Terho, Contract Manager at Solita.

Integrations played a critical role in Solita’s decision-making. By connecting Zefort with Microsoft Entra, user data and license management have been automated. This integration has enabled real-time access control management and improved workflows – a significant advantage for an international company with over 2,000 employees. The company plans to expand integration use further.

“In the future, we’ll enhance access automation by utilizing user and hierarchy data from our Workday ERP system. This will ensure that access and permissions stay up to date with the tasks employees are working on at that specific time,” describes Jani Rosti, Solita’s Head of Business Architecture.

Quick support and continuous development

Zefort’s customer service and technical support receive praise for their swift responses and willingness to consider development suggestions.

“I feel we can approach Zefort’s support team without hesitation. In a short time, we’ve seen meaningful improvements, and it genuinely feels like our suggestions are valued,” says Granström-Terho. Rosti shares this sentiment.

”From my perspective, Zefort’s technical support has been impressively fast. For example, I encountered a SCIM issue related to user management, and I received help through standard support channels within an hour. That’s exceptional, especially considering the technical nature of the issue, which typically requires navigating multiple support tiers,” Rosti adds.

Zefort Sign simplifies the signing process for all contracts

Solita manages many contracts, including customer, partnership, and lease agreements. The HR department also oversees employment contracts in a separate Zefort tenant.

All contracts are signed using Zefort Sign, which has significantly streamlined the signing process. The electronic signing service allows employment contracts and other critical documents to be signed quickly and easily.

“Zefort Sign has been an essential tool for us. It has reduced manual work and sped up our contract processes. Previously, obtaining signatures could take weeks, but now it’s done in days,” Granström-Terho explains.

A reliable tool drives change forward

With Zefort, Solita’s contract management has transformed. Finding contracts is easier, access management is smoother, and integrations support efficient operations. While adopting new systems can bring initial challenges, Solita’s team has enthusiastically embraced the change.

”Implementation has been straightforward, and the admin functionalities are easy to grasp. Our biggest challenge was understanding the contract volume and engaging people in the transition. Once we got past that phase, everything was ready to go,” Granström-Terho concludes.
